Dr. Jeremy Patelzick

was born and raised in Ventura, graduating from Buena High School in 1994. He joined the US Navy and was trained as a dental technician (assistant) and was stationed in San Diego. is our office manager. She started out as a dental assistant in 2005 and quickly realized she was more adept at performing front office duties. She received both her dental education and later a Bachelor Degree in Business HR Management in her home state of Wisconsin. [Click here to read more]

Janice is our dental assistant. She has worked as an assistant since 1994 at a family general practice in Carpinteria and Ventura. Samantha “Sam”

has worked at the office since April 2012. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a dental hygienist for 8 years and loves her job. She enjoys educating her patients about their dental health while building a great relationship with them.[Click here to read more]
